A Frank Sinatra story
I want to wish everyone a happy holiday season and here's a reminder that my new book Tony and Me could make a nice gift for someone on your shopping list. I've been signing a lot of these, and I thought I'd include a Podcast in this blog to share with you a great story that Frank Sinatra told me on the set of "The Detective". Circa, 1968. Classic.

great story

Hi Jack,
The podcasts are great, though a little short, I especially enjoyed the one about Jackie Gleason. I also have a burning question. In the Twilight Zone episode where you played Jesse Cardiff, the pool ace, did you make any of those shots, or was it all the magic of editing?

Dear Jack,
I have been one of your biggest fans since I was a child. I grew up in Manhattan, and was friends with your son, Adam, in my 20's.
I have your book, Tony and Me, and have just started reading it.
I met you and Tony at a Myasthenia Gravis Fundraiser in 1978 at Radio City...and you were so kind, as was Tony.
I was so thrilled to meet you!
How do I go about getting your autograph?

Dear mr. Klugman,
it was great to see you on this blog! Why didn't you keep on posting at least once in a while?
We'd love reading something from you again.
I wish you all the best.
Thanks for listening.

Jack, I am Frankie Lester's widow he died 12/04. I heard Klugman stories for 35 years and no one seemed to have more stories about you than Henry Diamond, my late brother-in-law,your friend, and Frankie's brother. I'd love to have you sign my book is there an address I can send the book to. I wish you much success and continued good health.
